The Mustard Hat is a Special fish located during the 67 Warriors Admin Event. Despite it's rarity, it makes for an easy catch, moving slowly across the bar. When reeling it in, +100% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.
