Notes
The Mustard has a base chance of 0.15% (1/666) of being caught, chances are affected by the luck stat and other luck boosts. Aurora Borealis Boost: 1/95 The best rods to get the fish are low-level rods like Fortune Rod, Training Rod, and Flimsy Rod due to their low weight limit. This limit reduces the chances of catching other fish hence increasing the secret fish's chance.

Trivia
This fish is one of the first 5 Secret fish in the game, and was introduced in update 1.15.0. The Mustard plays the 'Mouse squeak' sound from the game Undertale when used. The Shiny variant of Mustard was made to resemble Not_Nert's old avatar.
