The Manatee is a Secret fish obtainable at Terrapin Island. Despite it's high rarity, it makes for an easy catch, moving slowly across the bar. However, when reeling it in, a -95% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, an exclamation icon will pop above the players head, and a shimmering sound is played as with all Secret fish.
