Moon Idol is a Secret fish found in Blue Moon events at Snowcap Island.
The Moon Idol is a Secret fish obtainable in the Blue Moon Event. Despite its rarity, it makes for an easy catch, moving slowly across the bar. When reeling it in, -80% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Secret fish. Catching a Moon Idol will give a temporary Blue Moon buff, having a 5% chance to apply the Moon-Kissed mutation. The Blue Moon buff will only apply to the rod used to catch the Moon Idol. A 50% XP Boost is also applied, and there is a 10% chance to double the fish's weight. The Moon Idol is also 1 of 2 fish in fisch which is based off of a moon in the game
