Drylands is a large area located next to the Heart of the Island on the Fischfest 2 island. This location introduces an exclusive fishing mechanic called Sand Sifting. The Drylands is also home to the Terrosunder and its Secret variant, the Photic Terrosunder.

Sand Fishing
Sand fishing, or sand sifting, is a mechanic exclusive to the Drylands. To be able to fish in the sand, the player must equip the Marrow Rod with the Sand Sifter bobber. Alternatively, players can apply the Dune secondary enchantment from Dune Relic on a rod to be able to fish on the sand of the drylands.
Claypans
Claypans is a fishing area located at that are made up of moderate-sized rock pits. Outside a, the area can be seen empty and the player in unable to fish in it. During a, the Claypans will be filled up with water, allowing the player to fish in it: 6 fishes can be caught in Claypan., BoxStyle
The Sunken Resevoir
The Sunken Reservoir is a large fishing area that works as a normal fishing area which the player can use any fishing rods to fish in it. During a, the player can throw an Awakening Serum to attract the Terrosunder and summon a Photic Terrosunder Hunt. 10 fishes can be caught in The Sunkne Reservoir. BoxStyle
Dunehaven
Dunehaven is a large village inside the Drylands located at. In this area, the ingredients of the Marrow Rod can be purchased, and the Dune Relic quest can be offered by Paleontologist Petri. In this area, the player will not receive damage during a, and the route of Terrosunder does not covered. 3 items can be purchased in this area
Cactus
Spread out of the Drylands are cactuses (that when made contact, will damage you). Some cactuses have several pink buds above them, which allows an interaction to harvest them, awarding the player with 2-3 Cacti Pulp.
