Isle Of New Beginnings is a Location in the Second Sea that can be found North-East of Waveborne. It consists of small flat rocks surrounded by water and rock spikes, with numerous shipwrecks.
Located within the Second Sea, the Isle of New Beginnings was added following the 1.24.0 update. Complete 70% of bestiary of this island will grants access to buy Free Spirit Rod.
How to get it
Sail to GPS -300, 83, -380 in the Second Sea.

Notes
Whisper Eel can only be caught near the shipwreck in the front of the, and Tartaruga can only be caught in the strait in the middle of the. The NPC Lorelei can also be found here who gives a quest asking for a Crystal Wrasse (found at Grand Reef in the First Sea).
