Cole is an NPC who guards the elevator inside the Statue of Sovereignty. He is located at the end of the Sovereignty Mines. Cole offers two options: A temporary Elevator Token for 400 C$, allowing for one trip to and from the Keepers Altar. This token can be purchased multiple times for future uses.; A one time offer for 100,000 C$, allowing permanent free access to and from the Keepers Altar.
