The Statue of Sovereignty is an island in the First Sea located north of Moosewood. It is often visited by players who want to enchant their fishing rod, as the Keepers Altar is located a few thousand kilometers beneath it. According to dialogue from Marina, the statue is made to resemble Oscar, the 'Founding Fischer'.
The Statue of Sovereignty, also known as Perdido's Statue (Perdido) is a small island located north of Moosewood, at the coordinates. Inside it lies a cave known as the Sovereignty Cave, which is the leading point to the Keeper's Altar. The statue depicts 'Oscar the Great', who is said to be the greatest Fischer of all time. The Enchanted Crevice can be accessed either via a long cave with the entrance located near the elevator to the Keeper's Altar, or via using any glider and flying to the right side of the enchant altar inside Keeper's Altar.

Keepers Altar
The Keeper's Altar is accessible via the wooden elevator inside the Sovereignty Cave. The elevator can be used after paying to Cole, an NPC right beside it. It is the only location where fishing rods can be enchanted. The player can also find the Kings Rod next to a skeleton in the Keeper's Altar. Beware when you fish in here, as falling into the water will instantly kill you. To the right of the altar you will find a safe overhang to fish.
Rods
The only rod you can buy at the Keepers Altar is the Kings Rod, for a price of.
Strategy
If you have a long enough rod, like the Trident Rod, it is possible to fish in the elevator shaft. The fish are primarily from The Ocean. The Keeper's Altar is currently the lowest point you can go to on the map without glitches. The Keeper's Altar currently has the least fish in its Bestiary, which only contains 5 fishes, making it one of the easiest Bestiaries to complete. The Keeper’s Altar is currently the only location that doesn’t have any Mythical fishes. Much like other locations with hazards, touching the water located in the Keeper's Altar will instantly kill the player.
