Hollow is an NPC located at the Underground Music Venue. They can be found leaning against a table closer to the bar. Completing the quests provided by Hollow rewards the player with the Duskwire rod.
Hollow can be found sitting at the same table as another NPC, Rick. Completing his quest allows the player to obtain the Duskwire.

Quest
For Hollow's quest, the player is asked to catch a Catfish. Upon completion, Hollow will reward the player with 10 chud xp (10xp). Upon completion, Hollow will then offer the player to buy the rod for 7,500,000C$ C$, after the player pays the fee, they will be rewarded the Duskwire rod.
