Rick was an NPC located at the Underground Music Venue. They could be found near the back of the venue sitting near Buildaroo and at a table with Hollow; Completing the quests provided by Rick rewarded the player with the Cinderstring.
Rick can be found sitting the same table as Hollow. Completing his quest will reward the player with the rod Cinderstring.
