The Buddy Bond Rod is a early game rod acquired by inviting a friend to join your server, then talk to the Bob NPC located in Moosewood. It has 2 unique passive abilities, to increases all stats by 30% (capped at 30%) when playing with a friend, and increase fish size by 30%. You cannot get the Buddy Bond Rod anymore, as the NPC Bob has been removed from the game.
