Obtainment
To obtain the Ice Warper's Rod, the player must pull six hidden levers scattered throughout Northern Summit (the sixth one must be pulled last). Once the first five levers are activated, the player goes to a cave with the last lever in Overgrowth Caves, where the rod appears. Note: You will need at least a Glider or Advanced Glider in order to get to some of the levers. Lever coordinates and their recommended order: Lever 1: Lever 2: Lever 3: Lever 4: Lever 5: Lever 6: (Entrance): (Lever)
Enchantments
The recommended Enchantments to put on this rod are: For faster or instant times: Swift or preferably Hasty. For C$ C$, Abyssal or better yet, Quantum. Note that Quantum is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics, which are better used on late-game rods. For overall stat improvement, Quality or best of all, Mystical. Note that Mystical is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics, which are better used on late-game rods. For luck improvement: Lucky, Divine, or best of all Immortal. Note that Immortal is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics, which are better used on late-game rods.
Strategy
The circles around where the rod appears light up each time a lever is pulled, starting counter-clockwise from the top of the right side facing towards the nearby lever. BoxStyle| BoxStyle

What does this mean?
Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its documented average sell price in C$ — what it sells for at its average weight. A rod's value is its documented shop cost. Both are in-game facts from the community wiki, not a trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
