Overview[1]
The Heaven's Rod is a Stage Fishing Rod obtained in Glacial Grotto for 1,750,000 C$ after Level 220.
The Heaven's Rod is a great mid-game rod only obtained after level 220 due to its large bar, decent, impressive stat and great money making passive thanks to its ability to catch fish with the Heavenly mutation at a chance of 35%, which goes for 6x the selling price. However, it does lack. In stats, it is comparable to other rods such as the No-Life Rod, Rod of The Eternal King, and the Rod of The Forgotten Fang just to name a few, which are all some of the best rods in the game. Obtainment
The Heaven's Rod can be found in the Northern Summit after completing the puzzle at Glacial Grotto, the top of the mountain. The player must obtain four different Energy Crystals (Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green) and insert them into its respective slots. Once completed, they are able to glide into an opening on the side of the mountain, climb down a rope, and purchase the rod for 1,750,000C$ C$. The location for the Heaven's Rod Vault is.
Enchantments
Recommended enchantments to put on this rod, are: For overall stat improvement, more than others, Divine. For faster times: Swift or preferably Hasty. For instant catches, use baits Rapid Catcher, Worm, Night Shrimp, Seaweed, Instant Catcher, or Coral. Quantum is not recommended on this rod due to Mutation clashing; it will make less money than Hasty.
Notes
You might have to change server since not all button will work properly entirely so you have to change server to do it again, making it a waste of time. If all crystals aren't put in completely in the puzzle, they will disappear after you leave, meaning you will need to do collect every crystal for a second time. The rod is estimated to make 115,000$ C$ per night, at Atlantean Storm with the Hasty enchantment.

What does this mean?
Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its documented average sell price in C$ — what it sells for at its average weight. A rod's value is its documented shop cost. Both are in-game facts from the community wiki, not a trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.

Patch history
The Heaven's Rod is speculated to increase mutation chance. There used to be a visual bug where a Heavenly mutated fish would only update it's appearance after being equipped. This has since been fixed. If all the crystals aren't active, there will be a gate that blocks the entrance to Heaven's Rod. The gate resembles that of the one to The Depths. Players have associated the rod with Destiny Rod, due to its boost being near that of Destiny. Many players have even called it Destiny Rod V2. The “Steal the Crystal” option will no longer be available after you purchase the Red Energy Crystal. There is a bug that makes all dialogue appear as if you stole it regardless of whether you did or not. As of Patch (1.13.0), The Red Crystal was made completely free, allowing players to gather hundreds. However, they couldn't be sold in bulk and had to be sold one by one. In update 1.19.0, there was a bug where the Heavenly mutation applied nearly half the time when reeling in certain fishes like Orcas and Blue Whales when lured, despite it's mutation percentage chance only being 15% BoxStyle| BoxStyle
