Obtainment
The Leprechaun Line is obtained from completing every single quest on the Shamrock Express and talking to the Captain.
Passives
10% chance for Lucky Gold mutation upon catching a Lucky Gold fish, the server will receive a 2x server luck boost (stacks up to 5x) for one minute. This cannot go past 1 minute and will just refresh to 60 seconds upon catching another lucky gold fish.
Notes
Despite this rod having an extremely high luck stat, its other stats are quite bad in comparison to other high luck rods.
