Krampus's Rod is a Stage 5 Event-exclusive Fishing Rod acquired by Crafting during the Fischmas 1 event.
Krampus's Rod is a solid mid-game Craftable Rod that, in its normal form, offers a balanced mix of all stats. It does not lack any specific stats, but it does not excel in any particular area either, except in Max Kg. The rod's passive ability can trigger a random 3-minute (stackable) buff after every 10 successful catches. These buffs remain active even if the rod is swapped out. The buffs are: (+25%) and (+50%)

Obtainment
Krampus's Rod could be crafted by using the Crafting station located inside the Ancient Archives during Fischmas 2024. Required Level: 150 Price:30,000C$ C$ 3x Icicle Was obtained by fishing in the seas around Winter Village during Fischmas 2024. 1x Festive Driftwood Can be obtained by fishing Driftwood with a Candy Cane Rod (10% chance). Was obtainable from crab cages, by fishing with any rod in Winter Village (higher chance with the Candy Cane Rod), or by appraising driftwood during Fischmas 2024. 1x Magic Thread Can be obtained by fishing anywhere or from inside Treasure Chests found with treasure maps.
Enchantments
The best enchants for the rod are: To take advantage of the rod's stackable and passive: Swift or preferably Hasty. (Swift: +30% ) (Hasty: +55% ) For instant lure times, pairing with the Hasty enchantment, the baits: Worm, Coral, Night Shrimp Bait, Seaweed bait, and Rapid Catcher can be used. However, it is recommended to avoid using Rapid Catcher, as it decreases by, keeping in mind the already low of the rod. Other alternatives are: To catch fish more easily, Steady or best of all Blessed Song. (Steady: +20% progress speed) (Blessed Song: +40% progress speed) Note that Blessed Song requires a Song of the Deep relic, obtained from Captain Ahab for a Moby. For overall stat improvement, Quality. (+15%, +15% and +5%.) For C$ C$, Abyssal. (Abyssal: 10% for a 3.5x sell value Abyssal mutation and a chance for bigger (and smaller) fish)
Tips
