Captain Ahab is a new NPC added in the 1.20.0 Update. Captain Ahab is located in Moosewood, at coordinates. Upon catching and returning a Moby or Humpback Whale from a Whale Migration, he gives you the Song of the Deep and also The Moby Bobber. The relic applies the Blessed Song enchantment, granting +20% regular Progress Speed and +20% True Progress Speed to a rod when reeling in a fish.

Find them at Moosewood (GPS 441, 135, 358).
