The Silly Fun Happy Rod could be obtained in Underground Music Venue. The rod was awarded upon finishing the second quest.

Appearance
The rod appears with a smiley-face and long tongue emoji, with a penguin's eyes and beak. Its beak has strings that are strung like a guitar across to the end of the long tongue.
Enchanting
For extra, Herculean or Controlled if are unavailable. For money-making, Sea Overlord or Sea King if are unavailable. Greed is another option, as the progress and lure speed reduction is not greatly affected by this rod. For a secondary enchantment, Sea Prince or Overclocked.
Patch history
The jumpscare featured while using the rod is the infamous 'Freddy Fazbear jumpscare from the Five Night's at Freddy's series. Before the nerf, you could catch any fish without moving the bar once if you had Herculean on the rod, as the fish is unable to move. Any enchantments that grants a slash/freeze passive (for example, Piercing or Cryogenic) is useless, considering this rod's infinite (The fish is not going to move at all). This rod has the highest and stat in the game. The lowest rod is Onirifalx.
