Mrs. Big Buckz is a Minor NPC in FORSAKEN. She says that we the player have seen her around, alluding to the shop menu pior to her being added in the lobby, she then offers you something to buy and sends you off to the In-Game Shop menu. Her title also suggests that she is married.
