appears as a woman with long, brown hair, a red plaid jacket with a t-shirt underneath that says "iPwn", black shoes, shorts, a cap, a wreath on her head and the VR headset that is mentioned in her dialogue.
Location
is found outside the Lobby. Heading to the dock and walking forward on the ice, you can find near the rock with a giant clownfish.
