Overview[1]

Pecan is a Divine crop in Grow a Garden — and it multi-harvests, so the seed keeps paying.

The Pecan is a limited, multi-harvest, divine crop that was added in the Chubby Chipmunk Event. The Pecan is classified as a Fruit, Vegetable, Woody and Nutty type crop, meaning it will be affected by items targeted at those specific crop types.

What does this mean?

Grow a Garden's in-game currency. A crop's value is its base Sheckle sell value at its average weight — the anchor the game's weight formula scales from. Gear is listed at its documented Sheckle shop cost instead. Both are in-game figures from the community wiki. Values are not comparable across games.

Trivia

The Pecan is based on the Carya illinoinensis native to the Southern United States. The Pecan has the same average value as the Candy Blossom, Honeysuckle, Tall Asparagus, and Mangrove. The Pecan is one of the three crops obtained from reaching weight milestones on the Chubby Chipmunk, the others being Acorn Squash and Ferntail. Many players criticize the Pecan for being so hard to obtain as the Chubby Chipmunk was very hard to gain weight on.
