Overview
Coals are gears in Grow a Garden. They are added and become the main part of the Smithing Event, used in many features of the event
Appearance and description
Each coal resembles similarly. They have the same shape of a rectangle, the same size and all have a black colour. However, there is also another different colour (E.g. Yellow) on each coal which is not visible Currently, the game has 4 coals: Common Coal, Rare Coal, Legendary Coal and Divine Coal.
Usage
If a player holds out a coal and taps it, it crumbles away, giving the player an amount of sheckles, usually about 80 Sheckle to 1500 Sheckle The coal is also a essential and compulsory item for all crafting recipes for the Smithing Event
Obtainment
Coal can be obtained in the following ways: Submitting a crop, an egg and a gear to the furnace in the middle of the map (when there was a Smithing Event) Smithing Digging, with a high chance Extremely low chance to be dug up by the Smithing Dog

Strategy
The Common Coal has the highest chance of being obtained even if the players submitted the best items The Smithing Dog mostly fails to dig it up, so it is not recommended to use this way
