The Star Caller has a chance to attract a shooting star during a Meteor Shower to where it is placed. It has 3 uses and disappears when it runs out.

The Star Caller cannot be in stock from the Sky Merchant if the Night Staff is not in stock. This is the same for the Cloudtouched Mutation Spray.
