Description
Salaryman is the 10th Early Access and 17th character that was added to Jujutsu Shenanigans. Salaryman is based off of Kento Nanami, a character from Jujutsu Kaisen. To read about their backstory, expand the collapsible below. (SPOILERS FOR JUJUTSU KAISEN ANIME) Kento Nanami is a former student of Tokyo Jujutsu High, and a grade 1 sorcerer who also served as one of Yuji Itadori's mentors. Before doing so, Nanami had left after graduating from Jujutsu High to pursue the career of becoming a salaryman for a company, hence the title: "Salaryman".
Tips & Misc
While several moves do feel like they're usable in neutral, they are somewhat risky to throw out. It's best to rely on limb stagger by doing M1 trades instead of constantly throwing out moves. Stabilize's stun isn't normally long enough to follow up with attacks, but it is long enough to mark the enemy with Ratio Point. This makes the followup unavoidable if the enemy has no counter in hand. Ratio is extremely effective against passive enemies. The best approach against these players is to focus on landing as many debuffs as possible, preferably the leg-stagger, as they cannot front or sidedash to punish moves anymore. If the enemy is close enough to a throwable, Severance Kick will weaponize the item while tossing the enemy to it at the same time, dealing much more damage. Interrogate's first punch knocks the target too far for its follow up to land. It's advised to only use it when near obstacles to mitigate the knockback. While at a certain distance from a domain border, Collapse's dive can be used to glitch within. Additionally both Collapse's debris and Erosion's Ratio variant can deal critical damage to domains. Ratio Breaker III and Collapse will not travel their full distance if the user hits a roof. This allows them to combo properly in exchange for mobility.

Trivia
Overtime stands for the binding vow that Kento Nanami placed on himself, that restricts his cursed energy to 80% - 90% during work hours, in exchange for boosting it to 110% - 120% while working on overtime hours. Similarly to, this binding vow makes up the character's awakening, and is also one of the binding vows included in Casual Duels. 's awakening music is We Are Stop The Attack by Yoshimasa Terui, taken from the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie. Additionally, the music is dynamic, changing stages according to the last variant of Ratio Breaker landed. Nonetheless, the music will loop indefinitely. This also means that is the third character to have music while awakened, with the first being, and the second being. Wall of Stone is a reference to when Kento Nanami was unfazed by Haruta Shigemo's slash and kick in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2's Shibuya Incident, while Interrogate, alongside its finisher interaction with, is a reference to the beating that insued right after. Similarly, Ratio Breaker is a direct nod to the quad Black Flash chain Nanami land in the Jujutsu Kaisen 0's Night Parade of 100 Demons. 's 2026 April Fools Name (enjoys beating the life out of) is based off of AniDiscourse's "Terrorist Nanami" short. These origins are shared with (kind scholar), (greedy lawyer), (menace to society), (loving and caring brother), (purifier), and (peaceful gardener).
