Description

Vessel is the second character added to Jujutsu Shenanigans. Vessel is based off of Yuji Itadori and Ryomen Sukuna, characters from Jujutsu Kaisen. To read about their backstories, expand the collapsible below. Yuji Itadori serves as Jujutsu Kaisens central protagonist. Before becoming a jujutsu sorcerer, Yuji was living a relatively normal life until he ate a cursed finger belonging to Ryomen Sukuna, one of the main antagonists of the series. This caused the King of Curses to reincarnate and possess Yuji's body, hence the title: "Vessel".

Tips & Misc

Uppercutting into Cursed Strikes is possible and allows the user to deal extra damage, but it is inconsistent as the window to land the move is short, and the user will be stunned from using M1s for a brief period. The user can alternatively M1 reset by using Cursed Strikes after Crushing Blow, but only if the enemy was bounced upward instead of getting stuck in the debris on the ground. The user is able to force someone inside a domain if they are hit by Cursed Strikes, Crushing Blow (with precision from the top of the domain), and Rush (which can sometimes get both players inside). Using Cursed Strikes, Crushing Blow, or Manji Kick while in a Black Flash chain will put Divergent Fist on cooldown, the same happens is you start another one and feint it with R and then use any other move, even feinting Cursed Strikes or Crushing Blow puts it on cooldown. Rush can push the user farther if used after a wallclimb, allowing them to catch up with runners. In Malevolent Shrine, another way to break the block of trapped enemies is by utilizing the front dash to hit their back. Be mindful that the front dash, Rush, and Cleave can only work on one person at a time (or more if they are cramped together), so using Open, World Cutting Slash, or Aerial Dismantle is generally more effective for groups caught within the domain. Divergent Fist and Aerial Cursed Strikes are punishable with ragdoll cancel if landed. Therefore, it is advised to only use these moves after baiting it.

Patch history

Initially, 's Awakening color was blue, with its name being Sukuna. also had several scrapped base moves and a special: Cursed Punches, Slaughter Demon, Survival Knife, Cranium Smash, Triple Kick, and Cursed Charge, with the special being Divergent Fist, which cost 10% of the Awakening meter to use. Crushing Blow used to be a ranged move where the user would pick up debris and toss it, similarly to 's Ground Pitch. Divergent Fist's Black Flash alternates randomly between 3 animations after attacking from behind: a punch, an uppercut, and a dropkick, each of them with a unique finisher. "What Was Entrusted to me", a soundtrack from the Jujutsu Kaisen anime composed by Yoshimasa Terui, will start playing during the finisher of Divergent Fist's final Black Flash chain. Cleave's damage property allows it to visibly deplete the health bar of Immortal Dummies. Once 's domain is successfully cast, a short cover by PHAROZEN starts playing within the domain. This cover is called: Sukuna vs Mahoraga. It is 's ritual plays the same soundtrack, but it ends early once the shikigami is fully summoned. is the first character to be based on 2 Jujutsu Kaisen characters at once, the others being Cursed Partners, Crow Charmer and Switcher. 's 2026 April Fools name (red judas) is based on the Lady Gaga song, Judas. The name was chosen due to a multitude of animations and edits of The Battle Of The Strongest using the song, eventually devolving into and being called blue judas and red judas respectively.
