Default Gun is a common gun that all players receive upon first joining Murder Mystery 2, along with the Default Knife. This gun is not tradable or salvagable and withholds no value whatsoever, making it the only non-unique weapon in the game that cannot be removed or traded from your inventory along with Default Knife.

Default Gun is primarily gray in color, with a black-and-gray handle.
Trivia
This is not the original default gun as a different gun was given to all players in the original Murder Mystery. In fact, the Classic Gun was given to all players in the original Murder Mystery. This gun appears to be a reskin of the offsale ROBLOX gear Dual Dueling Pistols, which is the same model used for the vintage gun Cowboy back in the original Murder Mistery. The shooting sound plays the same sound as the Stock Revolver from Team Fortress 2. The reloading sound plays the same sound as the 357 Magnum Revolver from Half-Life 2. This may disappear for players who started playing a long time ago. Thexz, a youtuber, had his inventory completely wiped because he wanted a clean inventory.
