Default Knife is a knife that is given to the player the first time they join Murder Mystery 2, along with Default Gun. It is currently the only non- weapon in the game that cannot be traded or otherwise removed from your inventory along with Default Gun.

Appearance
Default Knife has a black and slate-gray blade, with a gold guard and a black handle. It is the original Roblox knife skin, similar to a real kitchen knife
Trivia
Default Knife is not the original default knife given to players in Murder Mystery; instead, players were given the Classic Knife. Default Knife is the base for most of the knife skins from Common to Legendary. Default Knife's model is derived from Bombo's Survival Knife, a gear made by Roblox that is purchasable for 100 robux in the avatar shop. The first time that this knife was seen in Murder Mystery was on the Hospital map. The Default Knife may disappear for players who started playing a long time ago. Many users such as Thexz, a youtuber, do not own this knife or the Default Gun because their inventory was wiped. In Thexz's case, he wanted a clean inventory.
