Appearance
The Cursed Rune Fragment appears like the other Runes, but with a red symbol in the middle.
Patch history
In the first two days of the Halloween 2025 Event, the Cursed Rune Fragment could not spawn naturally, making Cursed Rune Fragment extremely valuable at that point.
Unlike the other Runes, the Cursed Rune Fragment does not allow you to roll the auras in Blood Rain with their native rarity, it instead changes the biome to Blood Rain if the current biome is Graveyard or Pumpkin Moon.
After the Halloween 2025 Update, the Cursed Rune Fragment did not get an alternative uses unlike Blood Pack and Bounty Medal.
