Steal An Egg: a repeatable first-session plan
Updated Sep 29, 2026

A useful first goal: complete the loop twice
Steal An Egg's developer describes a loop of taking eggs, hatching pets, earning money, upgrading a base and treadmill, and training Speed. Start by completing that loop with an egg you can bring back reliably. Repeating a modest route successfully gives you a baseline for deciding whether a harder route is an improvement.
This guide is a planning framework. It does not rank pets or claim current upgrade prices. Read prices, requirements and income from your own session, since an update or a different pet can change the decision.
Separate cash, training and travel
Three measurements answer different questions:
| Measurement | What it helps you decide | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Cash gained in a normal minute | How long you must save for a purchase | How quickly you can move or train |
| Speed gained during a timed training interval | Whether a treadmill upgrade improves training | Whether a difficult egg route is safe |
| Successful returns per ten minutes | Whether a route is repeatable | The chance of hatching a specific pet |
Record your starting cash and Speed, play a short ordinary session, then record the end values. Avoid measuring during a temporary bonus if you want a baseline for later. Use the same interval when you compare the next upgrade. Cash increases and Speed increases should stay in separate columns; adding them produces a number with no useful meaning.
Identify the obstacle before spending
If saving is slow, compare what an additional or replacement pet would contribute to your total earnings. When a new pet replaces an existing earner, the improvement is the difference between their contributions. Its full displayed income is not all extra income.
If training takes most of your session, inspect the next treadmill's cost and training benefit. A higher training rate helps only while you are doing that training. Do not enter a Speed gain as cash income in a money calculator.
If attempted egg runs often fail, practice a familiar return path before aiming farther away. Time includes unsuccessful attempts, recovering your position and starting again. A route with a dramatic successful run can still produce fewer completed returns over a session.
If a base limit blocks the next step, read the actual limit and next upgrade before choosing a different purchase. The useful upgrade is the one that removes your present obstacle; a universal shopping order cannot know your balance, pets, available time or current limitation.
Compare one change at a time
Try a short repeatable sequence: note your starting state, complete the same route or training interval, change one thing, then repeat. If you change a pet, training setup and route together, you cannot tell which caused the result.
For route comparisons, keep the device and approximate conditions similar. A touch-screen route that depends on awkward camera movement may be less dependable than it looked in desktop footage. If a trial is disrupted by another player, record that rather than quietly dropping it from the average. Interference is part of the result you are trying to understand.
Keep a simple session note with columns for route, minutes spent, attempts, successful returns and ending cash. Three short trials are more informative than one best run. They still do not prove a guaranteed rate, especially if the game or server conditions change.
Before the next session
Choose one goal and a stopping point. That could be a particular purchase, a training milestone shown in the game, or simply a few successful egg returns. Saving progress does not require making every available purchase in one session.
Use the upgrade decision guide to compare an income purchase with saving. The upgrade planner calculates the two paths from your own numbers. The activity history shows when Bloxism observed players online; it cannot predict the contents or difficulty of the server you join.
Sources and scope
Game-loop facts were checked against the developer's official Roblox description on September 29, 2026. The measurement method and decision framework above are Bloxism analysis, not developer instructions or a claim of a tested optimal route. No drop rates, offline-earning rules, pet multipliers or map requirements are assumed. Send a correction through contact with the changed screen or an official source.
