Patch history
At random intervals of the game, the volcano will occasionally erupt. The map was originally had Slime King as it's off when it first released. It was later updated to include skeleton themed enemies and the Fracture tower. In the new revamp, much like Frigid Fortress, Pumpkin Paranoia, The Outdoors and Farland's Folly, if you SHIFT + P into the left window of the castle, you can see Biff, one of Impwick's cats. This map features some enemies bearing the Blastech Industries logo, it is possible that Volcano Valley is a mining facility for Blastech Industries. Volcano Valley was the first map to have 4 modifiers. The castle's name is the 'Skulltress', as mentioned in the Fire Spirit's enemy follower description. When Volcano Valley was first added it's boss was Slime King, it had the same enemies as the other maps at the time, and Fracture wasn't rewarded for beating it. This would change just 2 days later. On the Quiet Quarry update, Volcano Valley was changed to a level 15+ map, (presumably) due to how hard it was for a level 5+ map.
