Pumpkin Paranoia is a small sized special map that was added during the Halloween 2023 Event. There are multiple pumpkins surrounding the map and some sort of purple liquid in the center of the map with bridges surrounding it. There are 2 entrances where enemies come out, one of the entrances leads to 2 paths while the other one only leads to one linear path.

Tips
On Hard difficulty, Maitake and/or Dumpster Child are practically mandatory to get past earlier waves. Multiple level 1 Maitakes can be spread out on the map to deal with the first few enemies. Then, the two towers can be upgraded accordingly to the enemies. Mana sharing is absolutely essential to make this strategy work. Byte and/or El Goblino are also almost mandatory for similar reasons. A max level Byte can be incredibly helpful to deal with Chompskis and other fast enemies present on the map. El Goblino's Special Ability is also really useful against Jack The Terror. Summoners like Oddport and Kart Kid can also help, but they may be inconsistent due to the Map being double-pathed. One Pumpkin Spirit spawns on Wave 22 on Medium and Hard, which can be very dangerous without any Ranged attackers set up already. Alternatively, Slime King or Balloon Pal's Special Abilities can be used to counter the enemy. The Map also generally gets much easier past said wave.
Trivia
Like on Frigid Fortress, Volcano Valley, The Outdoors and Farland's Folly if you freecam into the cabin you can see a cat picture. This is actually Impwick's cat, Biff. Despite only being level 5+ and having 4 skulls, this map is heavily considered by players as one of the hardest to beat in the entire game, being even on par with Bleak Barrens.
