The Fishing Cabin is a combination of both the "Dock Cabin" and the "Fishing Hut" into one Structure turning into the Cabin type of Structure in 99 Nights in the Forest.
The Fishing Hut is a Structure with a Chest at the end of the rails similar to the Dock Cabin and the inside of what the original Fishing Hut is like. It contains a Fishing Chart listing the variants of fishes you've collected from fishing.

The Fishing Cabin is the first structure to come from two Structures combined into one, being the "Dock Cabin" and the "Fishing Hut" The Fishing Cabin and the Frog Cave is currently the only structure to have a Dock. The Fishing Cabin is the 3rd version of the Dock Cabin, second being the Fishing Hut. This structure could be easily mistaken as the Dock Cabin or the Fishing Hut. The Fishing Cabin used to spawn in Level 2 - 3 Campfire Areas, but now it spawns in level 3 - 5 areas.
