Old Rod (x5); Scrap; Coal The Fishing Hut is a game mechanic-based structure that appears in the Forest Biome and near the Campfire at Campfire Level 3-4 in 99 Nights in the Forest. It used to spawn at around Campfire Level 2. The Fishing Hut was added on August 15, 2025.
The Fishing Hut is the main starting place of a player's fishing journey, as it offers 5 Old Rods for free, and has a board displaying which fish you have caught. The Fishing Hut also has its own dedicated pond.

Trivia
The Fishing Hut used to have the upgrade station for fishing rods in it, but it has now been moved to the Upgrade Station. The Fishing Hut originally appeared at around a level 2 Campfire, but it now appears at around a level 3-4 Campfire. The Fishing Hut has the "Fishing Index" showing what you've fished. The Fishing Hut replaced the Dock Cabin on 15/8/2025, but was replaced again by the Fishing Cabin in 11/10/2025.
