The Modern Mansion is a limited house in Adopt Me! that could be purchased for 300 Robux. On April 24, 2026, it was added to the Final Stop Shop and discounted to 195 Robux before leaving the game on May 1, 2026. The Modern Mansion can now only be obtained through trading.

Appearance
The exterior of the Modern Mansion features a white building with much of its surface covered in windows with black frames. There is glass fencing lining the roof of the building, and several green trees sit within the area. There are also trees lining the side of the house near the mailbox. The interior of the Modern Mansion is nearly identical to the Gingerbread House. It has two floors, and eight rooms in total. All of the rooms are lightly decorated with furniture items by default. The main room at the entrance is large and open, with a staircase leading upstairs close to the door. To the left of the main room there is an indoor pool, and on the right side of the room there is a kitchen and bathroom. There is a loft area upstairs, and a door that can be used to exit the house. Straight ahead is a bedroom, while the door to the right leads to three different rooms. The first room has a bath, pet bed, and a food bowl, and leads into a bedroom. The bedroom leads into the final room, which is a bathroom.

During the Cyber Sale 2020 (November 24 to December 1), players could have bought this house for 80 Robux. The Modern Mansion originally cost 350 Robux.
