The Luxury Apartments is a 6-story house in Adopt Me! with a total of 22 rooms. It is available for 8,000 Bucks and can be sold for 6,000 Bucks. It can also be obtained through trading. At 8,000 Bucks, the Luxury Apartments is the most expensive buck-costing house in the game, as well as having the most rooms and floors. The Luxury Apartments' color is customizable. The inside of the Luxury Apartments has an L-shaped staircase connecting every floor. The Luxury Apartments has a pool, 5 main rooms, and 16 smaller rooms connected in between.
Trivia
• The Luxury Apartments and the Millionaire Mansion are the only two houses in the game that have clearly defined parking spaces. The Luxury Apartments has two parking spaces as opposed to the singular parking lot featured in the Millionaire Mansion, however, the two parking spaces in the Luxury Apartments are harder to park in due to their low clearance. • The Luxury Apartments is the biggest and most expensive house that costs in the game. • Every level has a balcony with a door leading to it.
