On June 7, 2024, the Mansion became a part of the Last Chance House Sale, and was on sale for 1,360 Bucks. It was removed from the game on June 8, 2024, and is now only obtainable through trading.

The Mansion has two full floors and one half floor featured on its exterior design, as well as a garden with green bushes and small trees in front of it. It also has several windows on the front face of the house and a black roof on top of it. Its interior features 7 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a large room that is not completely decorated.
