The Golden Bone is a legendary food item in Adopt Me! that was released in the VIP room refresh on July 28, 2022. Players are able to use this item to obtain a Black Chow-Chow, Tan Chow-Chow, Chocolate Chow-Chow, or a Golden Chow-Chow. Players can obtain the Golden Bone by purchasing the VIP Gamepass for 640 Robux. Once players own VIP, they can purchase Golden Bones in the VIP room inside of the Nursery for 209 Robux. The Golden Bone can also be obtained through trading. From August 1, 2024 to August 30, 2024, players were able to receive a Golden Bone as a part of the Pets Plus monthly subscription, which cost US$2.99.

Patch history
If a player purchased the VIP Gamepass before July 28, 2022, they would automatically receive the Golden Bone in their inventory when the update came out. The Golden Bone could only be used in the VIP room until January 23, 2026. It can now also be used anywhere outside on Adoption Island.
