The Chick is a limited common pet in Adopt Me! that was released along with the Easter Event (2020). In the event, participating players were given a free Easter 2020 Egg that has 100% chance of hatching the Chick. As its respective event has left the game, the Chick can only be obtained through trading or by hatching any remaining Easter 2020 Eggs. Once the player received the Chick during the event, they also got a badge and an exclusive avatar item, the Chick Head. Players can still hatch this egg and obtain a Chick, but the exclusive avatar item is no longer obtainable.

Appearance
The Chick has small wings on both sides of its bright yellow body along with a tufted tail and small orange feet. It has a round yellow head, on top of which are two black eyes and an orange beak.
Tricks
Here are the tricks the Chick learns in order: Newborn - Sit Junior - Lay down Pre-Teen - Jump Teen - Joy Post-Teen - Dance 1 Full Grown - Dance 2
Neon Appearance
The Neon Chick glows yellow on its tail, feet, and wings.
Mega Neon Appearance
The Mega Neon Chick glows in the same areas as the Neon Chick, except those areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow.
Patch history
The Chick used to be only obtainable by hatching the Easter 2020 Egg. However, as of June 22, 2022, it can also be obtained through trading. The Easter 2020 Egg is based on the Chick. The Chick was the first pet in the game to be the younger version of another animal.
