A gun with 20 uses is obtainable starting from Shift One, it can be purchased for 99-360 Robux in the check-in area. It can also be bought for $400 in the Supplies Shop. The player can also get a gun with 20/25 uses as a starter item if they equip the Secret Agent Class.

Usage
The gun has 20/25 uses before it is entirely depleted. Firing the gun will cause the bullet counter to decrease by One. It is important to note that the bullet counter will decrease even if the shot is missed. The gun can be fired at various entities, with different outcomes depending on the target: Anomalies: Shooting anomalies will cause them to reveal their Mimic forms and get knocked out. After a while, they will get up and immediately run out of Animal Hospital. Patients and Visitors: If an innocent Patient or Visitor is shot, they will instantly faint and have a death timer appear, requiring you to place them in a room for Treatment. Story Characters: Shooting story characters (such as Ratthew or Ron from Accounting) will have no effect other than wasting a bullet. These specific characters can only be killed by administering the wrong Treatment, which will count as a patient death. Cured Patients: If you shoot a patient that has received treatment, it will instantly kill them and count as a patient death. Other Players: Firing the Gun at another player will penalize both the shooter and the victim by draining their Sanity.
