Dragon Breath can be learned for 1,500 Fragment from Sabi. The title #0128 will be granted upon obtaining this fighting style.
Mastery
300+ Mastery: Dragon Breath is one of the requirements to obtain Superhuman in Second Sea (or Third Sea). 400+ Mastery: Dragon Breath can be "upgraded" to Dragon Talon in Third Sea.
Trivia
Dragon Breath is the cheapest fighting style that costs Fragments Fragment. Dragon Breath is also the only fighting style that does not require Money to purchase. Dragon Breath's name used to be Dragon Claw. Usually, when equipping a fighting style, the system message displays: 'Bought for and Fragment'. However, when equipping Dragon Breath, the message instead reads: 'Activated.'
