The Dragon Talon Sage is an NPC who allows players to craft Scrolls and apply Enchantments to weapons.

Spawning
The Dragon Talon Sage can always be found at the top of the left tower in Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea. He may also randomly spawn for a limited time in the First Sea and Second Sea on different servers.
Purpose
The Dragon Talon Sage allows players to craft Scrolls or enchant their swords, guns, and Fishing Rods. Weapons can be enchanted with Common Scroll Even if they are not upgraded. However, attempting to enchant swordsor guns with higher rarity scrolls without upgrading their weapon will results in the dialogue: "Your is too weak, it would break if I enchanted it. Perhaps try upgrading it first." Initially, only the Common Scroll can be crafted. After crafting it ten times, the Rare Scroll is unlocked, followed by the higher tiers, which are bugged (craft button does not appear) The Dragon Talon Sage is based on Uzoth, who is an admin, YouTuber, and the trainer of Dragon Talon.
