Location
The Frozen Watcher is located on the ice at the Frozen Dimension.
Usage
Upon interacting with the Frozen Watcher, it will show the player the dialogue "I've remained watch over this gate for millennia. Prove you have what it takes to face my master." and will offer the player the chance to summon the Leviathan afterwards. It requires at least 5 players in a Sea Exploration Group in order to interact with this NPC and open the gate.
Trivia
The Frozen Watcher looks quite similar to the Ancient One, the only difference being that the Ancient One is red. The Frozen Watcher is technically a quest giver due to its yellow circle color, despite not giving any quests. The Frozen Watcher does not have a collision box, meaning that the player can walk through it.
