Lucien lets the player access the Simulation Hub while they are in the second/third sea and back when they are in the Simulation Hub. The player must be Lv. 1100 or above to be able to join the Simulation Hub. Lucien shows the player how much energy their dungeon simulator has (the player has a limit of 50 energy).

Patch history

Lucien was the head of the Control fruit "rework" project shown in the Update 29.0 trailer, which the fruit was stolen by his son, Zero.
