The Sky Bandits can be found on the second island of the Skylands, near the castle where Yoshi resides.
Behavior
The Sky Bandits use the Dual Katana as their weapon but don’t use any of its moves.
Notes
It is recommended to keep grinding the Vice Admiral due to the Sky Bandits being far from the quest giver. The Sky Bandit is the last NPC that a player can be immune to when they are the same level.
