The Submarine Worker can be found behind the submarine at Tiki Outpost, near the Sun-kissed Warriors and below the spawn of Tyrant of the Skies.
Trivia
The Submarine Worker NPC can also teleport players to different islands at a fixed price when interacted with in Submerged Island. There is currently a bug where some players are unable to interact with the NPC. This may be an error in the game's code.
