Overview
The Water Kung-fu Teacher is located at the Underwater City, behind the palace, directly to its right. He is inside the part of the wall with a slight color difference. To get inside, the player can go on the left of the wall. The Water Kung-fu Teacher can also be found at Hot and Cold and the Castle on the Sea. There is no level requirement to talk to him or purchase the fighting style.

The Water Kung-fu Teacher sells the Water Kung Fu fighting style at the cost of 750,000. This purchase is permanent, just like every other fighting style, it allows the player to relearn the style at any time by talking to the teacher again, even if swapped to any other fighting styles.
Trivia
The Water Kung-fu Teacher in the First Sea is the hardest NPC to find in comparison to other shop NPCs, with his location being hidden similarly to an in-game bug.
