The Black Bayonet is a special item only obtainable through the JUGGERNAUT kit from the Infection gamemode. It functions similarly to the Shiv, sharing the same attack speed/cooldown while outputting much more damage.

Trivia
It was originally exclusive to Administrators, and more notably, RCU members. The Black Bayonet has gotten a rework together with the Juggernaut kit. It now has a different look (not the one shown in the image) and deals a lot more damage, being able to kill normal zombies in one hit. it is also held in a different way, in reverse grip.
