This Trinket is effective for almost every Toon, increasing Stamina regeneration to 4.8/s. Low Stamina Toons, such as, and benefit greatly from the significant Stamina regeneration boost, which enhances their survivability. High Stamina Toons, like, and also gain advantages, as the Stamina regeneration allows them to run way longer than they would without the boost.
