"Caelydris is a curious and gentle being from the distant reaches of space. With no way to return to its home beyond the stars, it has chosen to remain close to humankind, quietly observing and exploring the world with childlike wonder. Highly intelligent and deeply emotional, Caelydris can sense the feelings of other creatures through the sensitive antennae atop its head. Its body is adorned with shimmering galactic runes that can project intricate holographic maps of the cosmos - maps that hold countless pieces of information about the universe, including the location of the home it left behind. Caelydris constantly emits a series of soft, murmuring telegraphic sounds, as if transmitting a message. Despite many efforts, no one has yet deciphered its meaning. Some believe it is a signal, endlessly reaching out across the cosmos, hoping to one day hear a reply from its lost home."
