The Kraken Tentacle can be obtained by doing Captain Neptune's quest, where you get 10 Kraken Tentacle Baits, 8 Hangman's Hook baits and the Drifter's Tale Bobber. (Two more Kraken Tentacle could have been earnt by using code "SORRYGUYS" when it was available).
