Truffle Worm is a Legendary bait that increases by but decreases by. It is very good for fishing many high-rarity fish, including the Isonade, Spectral Serpent, the Ancient Kraken and the Kraken. It has a C-shaped structure and is white around the corners, blue at the top and grey on the back. The colors are blended together where they merge.

This bait can be obtained from: Opening Coral Geodes Opening Volcanic Geodes Opening Treasure Chests (10% chance to obtain 6x Truffle Worms) Completing 50 or more Angler NPC quests Redeeming Codes Opening free to play eggs The most efficient method of obtaining Truffle Worms is to purchase Coral Geodes from the shop in the Desolate Pocket for each. Another way of obtaining them is from Volcanic Geodes, which can be purchased from the Travelling Merchant or fished up at Roslit Volcano with the Reinforced Rod, Magma Rod, or any rods with the Invincible enchantment. Fishing in Desolate Pocket with a Magnet Rod is also an efficient way of obtaining Coral Geodes for Truffle Worms.
